» Payment Policy

o In order to make payments, you may choose among 3 modalities:
  1. Credit card payment.
  2. Payment by transfer.
  3. Credit card payment in 3 instalments.
o If you choose credit cart payment, charges to your card will be made immediatly if there's available credit. Total amount charged will be the 100% of the total shown on the page for the desired booking.
o If you choose payment by transfer, you're allowed one week to make the transfer using the data automatically sent to you by email. If the money or the transfer receipt is not received during the given timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
o If you choose payment in 3 instalments, a 5% fee will be added to the final price. First instalment (30%) will be paid immediatly from your credit card. Second instalment (30%) will be charged in the middle of the period between the booking date and the hotel check-in date minus two weeks. The third and last instalment will be charged two weeks before the check-in date.
o Paymen by transfer will only be offered to bookings made with more than two weeks in advance over the check-in date. Payment in 3 parts will be only offered to bookings above 200 € and made with more than two months in advance.
o In order to make a booking you should be older than 18 years and have the legal capacity to do the transaction.
o You undertake that the credit or credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction.
o You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
o In payments where a credit card is required, operations will be made under the name Mannicle-Comp SL.

» Privacy Policy

o We are committed to protecting your privacy, and take our responsibilities regarding the privacy of you information very seriously. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This policy explains how we use any information and how we protect your privacy.
o We use the latest Secure Sockets security protocols. When you book using our secure servers, all of your personal details are encrypted. This means that your information, which includes your name, address, and credit or debit card number, cannot be read as it travels over the internet.
o Your information is then held in our secure databases.
o We have access to your information in order to process your booking. As required by the Data Protection Act (LOPD 15/1999), we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access and use of your information.

» Cancellation Policy

o On bookings made with credit card you may cancel up to one week before check-in date without charges. Bookings cancelled after that will be charged 3 nights or the total amount of the booking as a cancellation fee. Only the lower of those quantities will be applied.
o In case of a no show or a cancellation in less than 2 days before check-in date, the amount charged will be the 100% of the booking.
o On bookings paid in instalments, there will be an additional 20% penalty over the total paid so far when cancelling.
o Money refunds for cancelled bookings will be made on the same credit card used to make it, except if there are any cancellation penalties.
o If there is any cancellation penalty or you cancel one booking paid by transfer, money refund will be made via a bank transfer on your account. We will ask for your relevant banking data in order to make such transfer.
